LIVESTRONG Day: Cures Rock! 5K Sunset Stroll

Join us for an informal Cures Rock! 5K Sunset Stroll to celebrate LIVESTRONG Day in San Diego, CA this Friday, 10/2!

Run or walk for 5K (~3.1miles, not-timed). It's an informal, FREE run/walk, all for fun & creating cancer awareness in our local community! We ask that all participants wear yellow shirts in honor of LIVESTRONG Day.

Bring your family, kids and dogs -- and INVITE YOUR FRIENDS! We will be asking for donations for yellow wrist bands & glow-in-the-dark bands with all donation proceeds benefiting LAF.

We'll be starting at Fletcher Cove in Solana Beach (~110 Sierra Ave., Solana Beach). We'll meet in the parking lot ACROSS from the beach lot. Look for lots of yellow and our LIVESTRONG banner!

AFTER the run/walk, we'll be heading over to grab some pizza and beer at Pizza Port, so bring some cash for dinner!
