Reflection on 9/11

Today, I would like to give my heartfelt sympathy to the families that lost someone during the 9/11 attacks years ago. May we all take a moment of silence today to reflect on our own lives and remember to not take it for granted.

I would also like to give my heartfelt thanks to the officers and military that stand in harm's way every day for us. You are our heroes.

Some of those heroes are still fighting illnesses from that day. There have been a few small questions raised as to twin tower toxins potentially causing blood cancer in the officer first responders, and their search and rescue dogs. Click here to read one such article. We are not done. We have so much to learn, but will will find a cure for our heroes.

Lance Armstrong's "Tour de France" Dedication to Julie

A great reminder that I had armies of support beside me in my fight. (Thanks, Lance!) Even with the recent media, this video isn't about the bike...but the fight against cancer. LIVESTRONG!
